Worst place to ever call at first I thought maybe they are just busy but no matter how many times I call them and for different reasons they always say the same thing we don't do that here will not call again

The issue here is that being a car service shop you should expect to have all walks of problems coming to your front door.. with that I came to them with a flat tire and they said I need an appointment just to get my tire changed out?????? 5 minutes to change a tire and I need an appointment ?? The hell type of place is this I had my my own tire at that!! Turnt me around with a flat no reguards to caring at all. But you know there’s reasons I’m sure behind just needing an appointment !

Recently brought my car in because the engine light had come on. I explained the problem to them and they asked me some questions. They told me that because I had bought a couple of back to back tanks of premium gas this might be the problem. They suggested I go back to putting regular in and give that a try. Sure enough I put regular in and the engine light went out and hasn’t come back on since. Girard’s could have said yea we can hook it up and run costly diagnostic tests but they didn’t. They were honest and helped me out with an easy fix. I would recommend Girards to all my family and friends. They are terrific people. And now a days finding a gem like Girards can be hard!! They are the best

I would not recommend this place at all. I went in to get my brakes taken care of and because a code highlighting my passenger side front tire popped up, and the mechanic named Chad called me up about an hour after I had dropped off my car to tell me that not only would I need new bearings for all of my tires, but that I would need all of my rotors replaced, aside from getting the front brakes done. Long story short, the rear brakes cost me 523 and the mechanic wanted to charge me more than 1,200 on top of that to "fix" everything. I crumpled up the estimate and left. After this, I went to another mechanic to get this stuff looked at. They mentioned no issue with rotors or bearings and no code light has popped up since.

Too expensive. Was charged $200 for wheel alignment since front struts were replaced before taking it to them so it was more difficult for them to align. That was the excuse 🤷🏻‍♂️.

Their customer service was 100%, very nice guy and understanding. I needed my air conditioning fixed was getting no cold air they said i had a small leak but not to bad were I need to replace it yet so we recharged it, i work in my car so air conditioning is very important. Most places see a woman and over charge or say you need this and that but they didn't treat me like that. Got my jeep back same day. One shop quoted me $600, here was $250 but was charged $220. I was recommended to them and would recommend them also. On 7/18/23 I unfortunately had to go back do to my abs, 4WD and traction keeped going off turns out it was both of my back wheel barrings one side was completely rusted through other almost. I decided to just get both done. They got it done same day, super friendly again great customer service also offered to stay later so I could pick up my car but I was already pulling up. Price was not as bad as I thought it would be. Once again recommend.

Up charges is their middle name. Need a wiper blade, get a timing belt. $$$
