I needed body work recently on my Mini Cooper and had a great experience with Caliber Collision getting it, not only fixed properly, but returned quickly as well, with daily updates of progress being completed. First time getting an estimate from Caliber. Took a month to schedule the appointment. Waited in the lobby for the estimator, going out the door yelled over "let's go" No, first greeting and introducing himself. Never said a word outside, just started taking pictures. Finnaly said, we are not going to fix your veicle, due to unseen potencial rust. He suggested taking the cash or pay for any noncoverrd work out of my pocket. I said, I want the damage repaired. He said I would have to take it somewhere else. What a bad ecperiance, no personality, no customer relations. I would never do business with a company with that attitude!

I did not have a good experience with an associate named Brett. I felt he was rude, dismissive, and couldn't be bothered. I had a difficult time dealing with Caliber relating to coordinating with insurance. Lot's of pressure to not submit to insurance. When I picked up the car, I found an adjustment they missed. That shouldn't happen. I will never go to this Caliber willingly again
