Brent was very helpful from the moment we walked in to explain about our cars tail light issue. He went out of his way to find one and it came in damaged so sent it back. Then he searched for another and in the meantime we spoke with the car manufacture and found out the tail light was suppose to be that way. Brent was very understanding about the situation (he had to send the 2nd one back) . We offered money for all of his trouble but he said no as it wasn't our fault. Thank you Brent for all of your help.

Excellent customer service! Once my car was there, they were quick and kept me informed. The relationship between the rental car company and Caliber was efficient and seamless. They took care of everything in regards to my insurance. They were helpful and patiently answered all my questions. If there weren’t deer or hail storms, I probably would have gotten in quicker initially. 😉
