I appreciate that they take pictures, take time to answer all questions and are kind! Also super fast to get my car in for issues, great work, great place!

although the oil change was affordable, i have concerns about having a oil and filter change in my Camry that my reciept did not have a part number for the filter or drain plug gasket which is required each change, when I confronted about parts and part numbers , the store attendant got defensive that i would even ask such a question,,look I like to know what your taking and putting back in to my car !

Fixed the car problem fast and they were very informative. Would be happy to visit again… but I hope it will be in a long while as I don’t want to have issues with my car again. ;)

I've brought my vehicles here for years and they do a great job! They help you with transportation if you need it and is respectful! This is my go to Mechanic and I'd recommend going here from now on. Mark and his team does a great job!

They are always really fast and perfect but today they have some technical problems in one of theirs lines, and they told me my car is going to be ready more than hour later as normal. Mr. Randy Swihart operations Manager really fast give me a extra car to pick up my son at time at the school end then when my car was ready he personally drive my car to my house and picked up the car he gives me. I was recently quoted by a national chain tire/auto repair center that my car needed ball joints and sway bars replaced. I sought out and received a phone quote from Auto Helpers for the same work at a substantial savings. When I brought my car in to Auto Helpers for the repair...upon inspection by Auto Helpers, I was told the replacement repair was not necessary. They did some additional inspection on my car and gave me a report of recommendations; minor things that should be addressed over the next few months. They did not charge me for the review/inspection of my car. This demonstrates to me that they are honest and can be trusted. I will take my car to Auto Helpers in the future.

Very helpful and personable employees. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and appreciate that Mark informed me about what else they found, told me how they could fix it, and gave me a price BEFORE they did anything. He was also realistic about what needed to be done now and what could wait for next time if I wanted. He walked me through everything again at the end and informed me that there was a deal on oil changes and they gave me the discount. It was nice to just get it even though I didn't ask for it or bring it up. 10/10 would absolutely recommend.
