the only place that has never misdiagnosed an issue with my issue-ridden car. always got the jobs done fast and gave me multiple options when i was low on funds. they kept my old car healthy and running for years after it should’ve been able to and were honest when it was time to find another because mine was rusting out, proving that they aren’t just trying to suck money out of someone by doing repairs on a useless car. i trust them wholeheartedly.
My truck broke down right in front of their shop when I called the gentleman who answered the phone was horribly rude. Sad to know that can't even get help when you're broke down in front of someone shop.
October 2020 I had the front and rear rotors and pads replaced. Months later they started grinding and the vehicle was brought back for inspection and I was pretty much laughed at and made to feel like the typical woman who hasn’t a clue what she is talking about. I was told they did not hear anything and all was good. Now less than 2 years later, I am having to have the front pads and rotors again replaced. I will never go there again and will never refer their bad business to anyone
Just don’t!! This is a jack of all trades, master of none. They seem to have their fingers in everything and not doing anyone of them to a degree that would give you any confidence in their abilities.
