Great service 👍and knowledgeable staff. I recommend anyone who is looking for truck repair go to River state. I was there on 12 ,7,22 Wednesday evening my truck had 2 check engine light I went inside talk to service department and I was told to stayed in a yard and they will check in a morning,and the morning team started I went in talk them and they start working on my truck and they changed one the enjector and got me on the road by 11AM from bottom of my heart ❤️ Thank you so much entire crews of River states from morning shift to evening💕

I have to say Brian ,Garry has been very helpful in the New 2022 Cascadia that I purchased at River States. Also John Keesling has been very helpful during the times I have had the pleasure to work with on some occasions, but I would like to also give credit where is due, I have had the pleasure of having one of Nate's mechanics " Will Schroeder " work on my truck and this young man Really Knows his Stuff, very smart,polite , respectful and eager to help and resolve any problems that you may have. I just want to Thank You For the recent work that you done on my truck .Thank you. Once again best dealership in North America

Very expensive place to have work done. Do not recommend.

Absolutely ridiculous. Called for a parts quote. Came back at $609 for the part. Then parts gentlemen asks whether I have an account or not. Says since you don't have an account we are going to mark that part up to over $1100. Price gouging at its finest by this dealer.

My 2018 Freightliner DEF sign was blinking after I dropped trailers about 30 miles away from this Freighliner shop. So, I brought the truck in about 3:30 PM into the shop, but they couldn't fix the issue by the time the shop was closed at 5:30 PM on Saturday.I stayed in the truck on Sat and Sun night because my truck couldn't pick up the speed not even 5 miles an hour at the time. The Flying J with Mcdonald's inside is about 1.2 miles away from the shop and I couldn't drive the truck BC of the DEF issue. I couldn't go nowhere at the time, just staying in the truck until the shop is opened next Monday. I found it out later I could use their car to commute with my own insurance approved. I was not informed about it. That's fine with me, though. They diagnosed my truck again in the morning on Monday and updated whatever it needed relating to the DEF issue. At least, I thought it was fixed completely and I saw same DEF blinking sign again after about 600 miles of driving. The total amount of bill was $800 and $600 came out of labor charge for the service. If the problem were solved, I am okay with $800 I got charged. I called the shop for the same DEF issue happening and their response was "we don't know exact issue until we see the truck again" Do they know how to fix DEF issue of Freightliner or just pretending know about the issue in front their customers? I am very disappointed of the result of service. Upstairs driver lounge has a shower room for a driver was a good one, though. Other than that, for hardware issues of truck, they probably know how to fix it very well. But, software issue like DEF, cruise control malfunctions, are they good at that? I don't think so based on my experience.
