If you are looking for a new truck, find somebody else. They will never answer your emails and will never call back, even though they place ads on different truck sales sites. Used to be a good dealership, but not now.

I love this river states dealer but a guy in parts side is horrible if they need to keep their customers they must fire him I have been this business in 10 years and nobody can tell me the battery is $1100 also I brought the old battery which he said it’s $35 which is right and then he said I will give it to you $45 absolutely impossible to deal that guy we called after one day another gentleman answered and we asked the price he gave as the right price my fleet I will never be here again for sure I will use I STATE DEALER in inver grove MN that guy was there 08/07/2023 day shift this dealer deserves 100000 stars but not this time

I called into river states with my oil filter leaking and Steve In service said he can get me in on short notice and he got me going and back on the road in no time!!! I appreciate his hard work and great professionalism!! Boss man should give him a raise after watching him run his butt off to get everything done in a timely manner! Hard working man. Sawyer was great to talk with and very polite and courteous!

Excellent place to purchase and service your truck! The staff is fantastic! Easy to get to right off 94! Highly recommended!

Place will rip you off i would find somewhere else

If you have to come here get quotes before they start because they will rip you off and they arent shy at all about giving you an insane bill i had them replace an expansion valve and a/c drier and ended up with a $1700 bill $170 for parts $140 freon $1200 labor
