Very friendly staff and communicates well - calls and tells you what the problem is and how much it would cost and is understanding of individual financial situations. Doesn’t pressure you into anything, which is nice. They do great work, are honest and upfront, and I can always trust them to take good care of my car!

Great quick service and great people. My trucks alternator pully broke off (needed new alternator) and no other shops in town could repair it for at least a week. They were able to get me in and out within a day, and at a reasonable cost!

My daughter attends UWRF and was having vehicle troubles, I called Jensen Auto and talked with Ron. He was amazing, talked us through a few things that unfortunately didn’t end up working. We called again Monday and they came out with their jump pack and tow truck just in case. Got her car jumped, brought it back to the shop and walked her through her car. She needed a new battery and he checked the engine light and did a few extra things. He took time to talk to her like an adult and explain about car issues. It made this mom feel so comfortable! I highly recommend this place for your car repairs. They were very honest and upfront on estimations on turn around and cost. We had our brakes replaced and oil change. We also had a oil valve cover that was hanging down and they fixed it initially but later had dropped down again. I called them to help with it again and they did it on the spot--easy fix!
