Whenever the vehicle repair moved to the next step, whenever there was a hiccup in the process, I was notified immediately. Top notch customer service, couldn't have done a single thing better. A bumper had to be repainted because the colors didn't match, but everything was fixed within 48 hours, I had my car back in a week and a half - much faster than any other body shop I have worked with. I received an update every day, I knew exactly what was happening and when. Car was returned in immaculate condition, best body shop in Hudson, no contest

I wrecked the front spoiler on my classic car. I bought a replacement and brought it in to have them paint and install it. The vendor I bought it from said they sell lots of them and many shops get it looking like new. Not this one. They didn't fill a hole or sand it and they installed it with major body gaps everywhere. They said this was the best they could do. They asked me to change my 1 star review but did not offer to make it better or give me any money back. They matched the paint good, the detailer did a good job, and the receptionist was courteous. But does any of that matter when it still looks like this?
