DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE. I brought a 2017 Silverado in for a simple bumper replacement, as well as driver side truck bed (box) repaint. Upon picking the vehicle up the first time, the painter completely forgot to paint around the driver side corner of the bumper, as you could still see primer, and also forgot to clear coat around the driver side corner. The painters also decided to paint over top of existing clear bra I had on the driver side box of the vehicle, and claimed that there would be no issues with adhesion. The vehicle was returned and asked to be redone. After picking up the vehicle the 2nd time, you can still see primer on the driver side of the front bumper. When the painters re painted the truck bed (box) side, the used a tool to pry up the bedside cap, and left 6-7 dents in the top of my bed where they pried up the plastic cover instead of taking time to remove it the correct way. The painter also promised me that he would pull a small dent near the gas cap of the truck, and when I picked the vehicle up, the dent was still there. There is also multiple small pieces of tape used to tape off the vehicle, that were painted and clear coated over. All of the paint work and repairs that were done look to be done by a high schooler with 0 paint experience, and are extremely sloppy. Scheduling was a nightmare, and the communication with staff was horrible. Once someone brings back a vehicle and is not happy with the work, the 2nd time around you would think that the vehicle would be fixed properly and extra care would be taken to ensure the customer is happy. It seems to be the opposite in this case. Overall the worst experience I've ever had with a business, and I will be informing everybody I know, not to do business with this company.

Bumper replacement on my Corolla from a deer strike. Beautifully done work in one day! Even reinstalled my deer whistles! Detailed the inside! I’m very impressed! 3rd time I have had to have body work done and I’ve always brought my car to them! Was formerly T&T. I highly recommended!

I had a couple horrible experiences using Safelite, so I was gonna try these guys. I had two windshields done here at Gerber in Hudson. One was a 20 Dodge Ram and the other was a 19 Ford F-150. Both had forward facing cameras in the windshield, so I was concerned if I had to take it to the dealer to have them calibrate the windshield cameras after they were installed. Not only did they PERFECTLY install the glass, they calibrated them onsite as well. They also put in factory OEM glass!!!! Yes, they are super busy because of the hail storms from the spring but I made the appointment and had them done the same week I called, I wouldn't trust the safety of my family to anybody else. Thank you Gerber!

These folks faced a mountain of challenges when it came to the repairs on my truck. They did a great job and I changed insurance carriers.
