They were the best! Daughter had accident with my 2017 Rav4 hybred, Steve gave my wife calls on status of where at and when would be done with repairs. Made it easy with our insurance as well. These guys are great! Giving a shout out to Steve and Greg for excellent customer service!

So far so good on the strut tower repair. The final bill came to about $150 less than estimated. Who wouldn't be happy with that? Thanks!

Less than two years ago I had rust proofing done on my vehicle, the estimator, Greg, went on and on about how good the rust proofing product is that they use. Fast forward today, I called and talked with him about how the bottom edge of my left driver side door has gotten rusted. He told me that has never happened before (lie), but suggested that I stop so he could could take a look at it. I did stop by. He told me that the rust proofing was not guaranteed, but that he would create a repair estimate for both doors even though only one needed it. He went on and on about how expensive the materials were and on and on about how he is not a heartless person (lie). He told me he would give me a good deal on the estimate (lie). A week later, I did not hear from him and no reply to my email.

As a few others have said, the guy doing the estimates will keep you there for 45 mins being creepy and saying inappropriate things to you if you're female. Kept commenting on my looks, talking about how he'll "take care of me" etc. That was bad enough, but then they lost my rental car and I was charged over $400 by my insurance. When I confronted M&M about this they basically said "that's not our problem" even though the rental car was on their lot the whole time. Luckily my insurance reimbursed me after talking to M&M. The worst car repair experience from beginning to end.
