Fantastic place to get car painted!
Shouldn’t take two flippin weeks for them to get an estimate to the insurance company. Have told me multiple times it was sent and never followed through with their work. Parents have been going to this shop for years and haven’t had any bad experiences but I can’t say I will be back. Waste of my time.
Wonderful body shop!!! Can say enough how they take care of our cars.
My driver's side mirror lost a hard fought battle with our garage, so I needed auto body services. I reached out to M & M and got incredible service! I was able to get work scheduled much faster than any other shop in Madison, as everywhere had a 4-6 week wait. They graciously fit me in between bigger jobs, as I was relocating by the end of the week. When I had a mishap with a moving situation that required me to have my vehicle faster than anticipated, I spoke with the shop and they were able to finish my car within hours of me calling. I am so appreciative of the care that both me and my car received. Highly recommend!
If you are female, the owner Greg is someone to avoid. While I waited for him to do a simple estimate on damage to my car's bumper, he spent almost 2 hours telling me what a completely amazing fellow he is, how rich he is, how he has to behave like a "big brother", and how he is apparently a "prophet" (his words). Creepy misogynistic undertones to everything he said. I decided to never return there and have taken my business to a competitor that actually treated me as a competent human being.
Greg is a kind man.
Great service, reasonable prices.
Great service, fair price. Greg and other people there are wonderful.
I'm mad that I have to give one star or this won't post. I walked into M&M on Jan. 19, dropped off my insurance estimate, talked with Greg Kimmerly for at least 20 minutes while he talked all about himself, and set a date to bring my car in on Feb. 2. Come Feb. 2, Greg had not only failed to record my appointment, he had lost my insurance estimate. Thanks to the recent storm, I then had to wait until Feb. 10. Feb. 10 - same thing - he had no record of my appt, and needed yet another copy of my insurance estimate. While I can understand simple human error, the only time I heard him apologize was when I brought my husband in with me. They didn't look at my car until Feb. 17, and when they finally did, it turns out my car was totaled. Obviously M&M isn't responsible for the fact that my car is totaled, and bec. my car was totaled, I can't speak to the quality of work they might have done. It's possible that every other M&M Autobody employee is amazing, and don't deserve to be connected to this review. However, given my incredibly frustrating experience with Greg Kimmerly, I will NEVER set foot in that autobody shop ever again.
