The staff here was so friendly and professional, and really went above and beyond for me. Shoutout to Courtney the estimator for not only going over everything and explaining to me what we were looking at, ( car was total loss) but also was off the clock and gonna be on her way home and gave me a ride when I didn't have one over to the local car rental place where I needed to pick one up and just really helped me out in a time where I really needed it and not only took me there, but made sure I had everything right and in order before taking off. Caliper Collision is efficient and will definitely take care of you.

The caliber on washburn is one of the friendliest body shops i have ever been to, they are always willing to help and make your experience amazing. Both Courtney’s and Sam were awesome to work with!!

Staff and service is beyond compare. Staff was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. Car rental was smooth and I could.leave the rental right at the shop! I would highly recommend this business!
While my car ended up be a total loss, the staff was amazing and friendly throughout the whole process. They were very quick and efficient as well and since they work directly with my insurance company, the process did not take very long. About 24 hours after I dropped my car off they had the estimate and it was sent to my insurance. The whole process took less than 48 hours and helped me move onto the next step instead of sitting in limbo. Three words to summarize would be, Friendly, Professional and Efficient.

The staff at Caliber was easy to work with. The work on my car was done in a timely manner and the daily texts were great. The car looked great after the repairs were done.

I have been to Caliber twice, and their techs are so professional! I would absolutely go there again (hopefully will not be needed) and I would highly recommend everyone else to take their vehicles there for service.
