I needed a tow hook cover for my car and they got for me very quickly. Great service
Poor communication. Poor workmanship. Poor customer service. Do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else.

I have been to Caliber twice, and their techs are so professional! I would absolutely go there again (hopefully will not be needed) and I would highly recommend everyone else to take their vehicles there for service.

I absolutely cannot say enough good things about Caliber. I Have had 2 of my personal cars go through and had no doubt in my mind that they weren't treated as good if not better then one of the techs own cars. And all the work was done perfectly.

I am one of those unfortunate people who even when doing all the right things on the road still had to take my car in for repairs. After a huge snowstorm, someone whose car was completely covered in snow and ice had chunks fly off and hit my front bumper. I was fortunate that the damage was minimal but it still needed body work done in order for me to drive safely. Caliber Collision was super flexible with getting my car in the shop, ordering all of the parts and finding other arrangements when they didn't receive parts on time, and keeping me aware of next steps and time frames. I primarily worked with Sammy who truly was professional and courteous while being herself (and someone I could talk to and ask questions of). Thank you, Sammy and the Caliber Team for getting me back on the road and super excited to drive again.
Honestly 10/10 service! Everyone I worked with were extremely helpful and kind. I was overwhelmed and had no idea what I needed done or what I was even doing and they made sure I understood everything going on and I knew what I was signing up for! Thank you Caliber Collision team!
