Huge shoutout to Marshall autobody for the quickest turnaround fix(es) for our Tesla Model Y collision repair. Ryan and team at Marshall were incredibly professional and communicative, consistently keeping me updated on the progress of our repair and completing it faster than their estimated time. When I started the search for a fix to our vehicle, the first business said they couldn't get it done until March 2023, Ryan at Marshall was able to get me in the next day and parts and repairs were completed in ~3 weeks after the initial call. The work done was perfect and our car looks as new as when we bought it. Can't recommend their services enough!

2022 Tesla model 3 A driver in oncoming traffic was rear-ended causing her to veer into my lane. In order to avoid head-on collision I performed an evasive maneuver. In result, I ran into a light pole. (October 8th)

The initial call was pretty smooth as they walked me through the process. They came to pick up the vehicle on time and the process went smooth as I handed over my keycard. After about a day with my vehicle they called to inquire about what I had done to cause such damage to a vehicle. “This is just.. pretty bad is all” is what they had to say and I really had no idea why this was necessary and was an overall pretty useless call since this is all they asked. From this point on my insurance agent maintained contact with Marshall auto body to relay deadlines to me. I would call every once in a while to remind them of my presence that I am here and waiting on my vehicle. Most calls we smooth when gathering information but it was clear that the front desk attendants were more concerned about the conversations they were having there rather than me on the phone. There was laughter from the person on the phone as I was speaking and they were always very quick to hang up. The misinformation I received from Marshall auto body consisted of the ready date for the vehicle and the process in which I could retrieve my vehicle. Through email and text, my car would be ready December 30th consistently. When I called, the date was December 15th from the front desk attendants. After that call I received another email saying December 30th. Also since this was a first time for me I had questions. One of which was making arrangements to retrieve the vehicle and was told that they would drop off the vehicle… I was like cool. This didn’t happen and I had to pick it up. The car was ready for pickup December 13th. Upon pickup it was very smooth. They had bent my keycard and I brought this up even though I was a little hesitant. One of the attendants took the card to her manager and I was told that I could get it replaced and have the bill sent to Marshall auto body. Car was fully charged when I picked it up and there were some cookies. Overall conclusion - Customer services can use some work. Information sharing between the mechanics and front desk attendants could benefit from more communication. They did a good job on the vehicle. 3 for customer service and say a 4.5 for the work done. 3.75 overall would be my personal opinion. Would I go back.. probably. Excuse the typos and grammar and what not. Hope this helps in your decision.

Marshall Auto Body made repairing my Tesla Model 3 as painless as that kind of issue can be. Southern Wi Tesla owners are very fortunate to have that service available. I recommend them wholeheartedly.

I am very happy with the service I received at Marshall Auto Body. I just picked up my car and couldn’t be happier. The workmanship looks great, they cleaned up and detailed my midwinter, horribly dirty car-inside and out. It was worth the four month wait to get in!! Everything went seamlessly from working directly with my insurance company as well as the communication process. I would strongly recommend them.

They turned my rear bumper replacement around in 1 day in winter after several storms! They touched up a few other areas of my car for free as well. They organized a rental car with Enterprise, and it was there at drop off and I just left my keys with the team when my car was ready. I’d also buy their chocolate chip cookies if they sold them, they give you some for free. They also dealt with the Progressive claim when they underestimated my damage after getting rear ended, no hassles. 10/10 service.

Amazing service! I had my 2022 Model Y performance there in November for a door ding that they did an amazing job fixing and it was very efficient and timely. In January I was involved in a hit and run accident and had to get collision repair done and I immediately wanted to contact Marshall to do that work again. Car was done phenomenally and it was done earlier than the anticipated delivery date, plus they leave your car cleaned up and some cookies inside for you as a nice treat! Additionally they provided me with a complimentary loaner vehicle which was very clean and much appreciated! Communicate is amazing as well, I have worked with both Nick and Ryan as well as the office staff Sarah and they all do a great job keeping you in the loop!

This might have been the best customer experience I've had. I had the pleasure of working with Nick who made sure it was a great experience. I had my 2018 Chevy Cruze fixed by them after someone backed into my car. They kept in touch with me the whole time to let me know of updates. When it was finished my car was cleaned and looked even better than before. There was also some fresh baked cookies in the car when I got there.
