I happen to get a flat tire in the middle of a snowstorm right in front of their body shop. The staff were more than helpful when they allowed me to pull my car in to change my tire. To my surprise, they pulled my flat off and plugged my tire free of charge and got me on my way. I’m super thankful for them.

These guys worked on my Tesla Model Y, and I must say they did a fantastic job. Not only has the body work been done perfectly but they've thoroughly cleaned the interior, buffed the exterior and overall provided a great customer service. Nick was great to work with. Thank you!

This was by far the best experience I’ve had with a body shop. I was worried with only two authorized Tesla repair shops in WI, but Marshall did not disappoint! Their method to get the information from the collision was quick and easy. They worked with my insurance company and helped arrange the drop off and pick up of my rental vehicle. When I picked up my car, it had been cleaned both inside and out! Did I mention there were chocolate chip cookies inside my car waiting for me too?! All the staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions professionally and with a smile. Marshall Auto Body should be commended for their clear commitment to 100% customer satisfaction. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family!

They did an excellent job repairing my Tesla Model 3. Significant damage to the left rear quarter panel. I got it back looking as good as new. Also, the car was clean inside and out. Definitely reccomend them.

I will no longer recommend Marshalls Auto Body. There customer service is extremely poor. Nick and Ryan were very rude. They also lied about schedule. They appraised the damage on my vehicle at $8000. This vehicle was drivable and the main damage was to the roof and windshield with minor scratches and dents in other areas. I was told they would cash the insurance check to get parts in before having the truck come into the shop. The check was cashed in August and was scheduled for service in September. They did not take truck until October. At that time they were asking questions on where they could get the box cover. I was told it would take 2 weeks, at at almost a month they tell.me the roof is on backorder. Instead of driving 12 hours to get the correct roof they decided to go the Minneapolis 4 hrs away to get a roof. They cut and disposed of the old roof before confirming they had the correct part. When they open the box it turns out to be the wrong roof and they refused to help. The insurance company now looking at an estimate of more than 20K dollars after being quoted only 8K is now forced into having to total out the vehicle that was drivable to a pile of parts that could not be driven off the property. Need I say anymore. Besides for being rude they totally destroyed a truck 4 years old with low mileage.

The ONLY place you should trust to repair your vehicle. I got my Acura back and was astonished with the great work they did. It's as if nothing ever happened. Through the whole process they made sure to keep me updated as well, which was definitely a plus. Great people doing great things! Thank you for the great experience!!!

This place is great! My wife ran over a dead buck and messed up quite a bit of the under body of my Tesla Model Y LR. When I called Marshall's, they were very professional in every phone call and in person. It was easy for my insurance to work with them. My wife dropped off the car and they were very nice to her. The business and shop also looked very clean and well maintained. Because parts had to be ordered, Marshall's offered me a loaner vehicle. Then when my Model Y was done, they left a a box of cookies in my car and the car was cleaner than I had left it. Really really impressed and pleased with their work. I would highly recommend!

When someone ran into my Tesla, I called around to auto body shops in Madison to find only one place could assist and they didn’t have time to repair for 6 months. I was told of Marshall Auto Body and they were able to give me an estimate from photos I uploaded to their website, then got me scheduled in just a few weeks and did the repair in just a few days. The buffed out another spot on my car not related to the accident at no cost and left me some fresh cookies at pick up as well. I would recommend to anyone. Thank you!

We had the best experience! They were so friendly and informative. They kept us up to date with all the steps, even had a tracker you could visually check whenever you wanted. The receptionist was extremely helpful and friendly. Our repair techs kept in contact and were very helpful and kept us in the know. Our car looks fantastic and they even cleaned the inside and made it look so nice! Would highly recommend and we will definitely be returning if we need any other body work done in the future.
