Omer is a savior!! I locked my keys and my phone out of my car and was attempting to use string to unlock it when Omer drove by on a test drive of another vehicle. He told me he was a mechanic and that he would be happy to help me. He returned with a bag of tools to unlock my car and in less than 5 minutes he was in. I don't know what I would have have done if he hadn't driven by. He was so incredibly kind and wouldn't take any payment for his help. I don't currently have a mechanic in Madison right now so it's safe to say I will be coming to Budd's from now on. THANK YOU!!!!

Popular mechanic for all the right reasons. They were able to fix a quick issue for me despite being fully booked. Professional and courteous communication despite being very busy. They’re close to us so super convenient as well.

Much like the rest of the reviews left here state - the 5 stars are totally warranted. Faysal was kind enough to get me in in a pinch since my car was supposed to drive 4 hours north the following day for a quick oil change to correct my over-fill (sigh) which snowballed into other immediate needs. He took the time to explain the what/why/and what should be addressed very soon and what can wait. Never high pressure. What is most impressive and much appreciated is the time he took to look at my car in the first place and relay all the info to me. This same car literally left another garage the day prior (w/ a 2600.00 bill) and nobody said anything about *any* of the things. (I mean, I get it.. you don't look at the brain during foot surgery but this car has seen the inside of MANY garages for MANY reasons since our ill-fated purchase and nobody has been as helpful and armed us w/ information on the state of affairs like Faysal cared to do.) On top of the impressive service is fair pricing. They practice w/ integrity and care and are what most of us can only hope for in a mechanic since - lets face it - we tend to be at their mercy. Thank you so much. Really.

Was nervous to find a new mechanic in Madison & these guys were FANTASTIC. Went in with my 2012 Jeep for a matience check/over-heating (lucky to find Jeep service outside a dealership). They gave me all the diagnositic tests, visually explained / showed me where the issues were, then just charged for the tune-up & said to let them know if I'd like further servicing (tune-up was $150-replaced bulbs, topped fluids) Had to leave 5 stars because they were so personable & I'm so grateful to have not been bamboozled by an auto-shop when that is such an easy scam. There's a little wait-list, but I PROMISE they're worth it. Shout-out to Owen & Omer <3
