Elite Specialty Automotive is a great place to take your car, for dang near everything. Chad is professional, friendly, well-informed, and reassuring; he and the Elite team get the job done in a very timely manner. I've been going there for over a year, and I will keep going there. Chad really knows what he's talking about when diagnosing the problem and advising the customer on what to do next. Elite is conveniently located and appointments, even sudden emergency-type situations, are scheduled quite easily and quickly. Basically, this is The Place. Go there! You won't be disappointed! 😀

Unfortunately I needed to go here to get an IID installed. The plus side was that Chad offers flexible scheduling accomodations, is a more-than-fair business man, and is just a really good guy. If had had a the money to take advantage of his other services I would go to him to trick out my whip! Whatever you need Elite Specialty Automotive for, you won't be disappointed!

Chad was extremely helpful and very responsive. Easy to get a hold of and I dont think he ever did not answer the phone when called. He was always willing to take the time to answer questions, both in person and by phone. I would recommend his shop very much.

Interlock devices aren't supposed to be convenient. Chad at Elite made the experience of having one as pleasant as it could possibly be. There weren't any surprise fees. The shop is welcoming and clean. Hook up to the WiFi while you wait, or enjoy the multiple stand-up video game consoles in the free arcade. Yes I said arcade.

Chad's service is incomparable! None of us want to be in a situation where they need to have an ignition interlock device... but, should you find yourself needing one... Elite Specialty Automotive is the BEST! Chad has made the process seamless! I am almost at the finish line! I have never had an issue with getting in for a calibration, the waiting room is customer friendly & pet friendly! In addition to the interlock services he offers a bunch of other Custom Vehicle Electronics.
