Our family van had a flat tire (big nail in the tread) and after two days of adding air we knew it was time to get it fixed properly. Goodyear in Onalaska got us in same day, they were so kind and courteous, and got our family fixed and out the door in 20 minutes! We will definitely be going back.

We were on our way to Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN when we had a tire losing air. We got to the Goodyear place just before 4 pm. There were no time openings for today and the guys were to go home by 5 pm. Most places would send you away saying "sorry no openings". Paul O., Store Manager went Above & Beyond by providing great customer service! He found the leak and repaired it himself in 93° temp w/high humidity. Many thanks to Paul-give him a raise he's an asset to your business.

I had a flat tire nobody would help me and I pulled into Goodyear they weren’t open yet it was just coming they were booked up for 3 1/2 weeks but the guy was courteous polite and very helpful I’d recommend them to anyone thank you for your service because you I’m on my way home thank you again
