They don't work on 7.3's and they will give you every excuse not to.

May 10, 2024Hi Chris, I want to clarify this. We did not give excuses. We directly said no and explained why. We do not work on any Ford older than 2003, any GM older than 2001 or any Dodge older than 2003. This is a wider service range then most repair facilities. Sounds like you've heard this multiple times already, based on the amount of times you've stopped in here asking us to work on it. I feel other shops are telling you something similar. I have to draw a line somewhere with my business practices. Hopefully somebody in the Palmyra area will be able to help you! Best of luck. Ryan
I needed a TCM for my 2010 Chevy 2500hd. I ordered it online and I had the new programmed TCM in 2 days. I installed it and it worked perfect.

Can’t say enough good things about Ryan’s Diesel Service. The staff is friendly, puts customers first, and delivers answers when you have questions. Took my 6.7 to them before a big trip because it was making injector noise. They assured me it would run great and it did. Would recommend Ryan’s Diesel to anyone with a diesel truck.

GREAT DEAL FOR PROFESSIONAL WORK REMBER THOSE TAXES ARE HITING THEM SO IF YOU THINK THE PRICE IS UNFAIR REMBER PEOPLE DRIVE HOURS AND HOURS FOR THIS SHOP AND I AM VERY GREAT FULL FOR THE WORK DONE AND WILL BE RETURNING FOR WORK TO BE DONE TO MY TRUCK NEVER BRINGING IT ANYWHERE ELSE

RDS is a solid company ran with the best customer service that I’ve ever dealt with in the diesel world. From the front desk staff to Ryan himself. From my experience they are stand up people who actually care about their clients and are straight up. The mom and pop feel of this company is super American-values and principals. Hard to find that in large companies these days and you can tell they are as much enthusiasts as they are professionals and experts. Can’t ask for a better quality company with great parts that are assured from their experts. This company was well worth my time in writing a review and if you have any doubts about using them or ordering from them; those doubts should be laid to rest because they handle their business the way things should be in this country.

Purchased a truck with one of their turbos. I had a few questions. I am not sure the name of who I talked to but it was very apparent his knowledge of his product as well as how to provide exceptional customer service was well beyond what is typical in the world today.
