Purchased a truck with one of their turbos. I had a few questions. I am not sure the name of who I talked to but it was very apparent his knowledge of his product as well as how to provide exceptional customer service was well beyond what is typical in the world today.

So was having tcm issues on my 2014 gmc duramax ordered one from Ryan's Diesel Service was the cheapest plug and play tcm I could find in a rush was actually plug and play sent them my vin they had it shipped out same day. Plugged new tcm in and fired the truck up no more limp mode truck shifts better than it ever has highly highly recommend. don't waste your money use Ryan's Diesel service!

I really recommend this place

Having worked with so many business owners over the years, you get to see a large variation of both good and bad owners and how they operate their business. Ryan's Diesel truly has something special going on, from the top to the bottom within the company. They have been my favorite business to work with, and with good reason. Ryan is one of the few people in this world you truly can take at his word. Over the years we've worked together, he has done every single thing he's ever said he would do. That in and of itself is such a rarity it makes working with him incredibly easy - you know exactly what you're getting and you'll never hear an excuse or a different answer than what has been initially talked about - as long as you're a straight shooter with them you'll never have an issue. It's even more of a benefit that his team does quality work and completely stands by their products. (Just make sure you read everything before you place an order so you don't run into something stupid that could be completely avoidable - like trying to ship something to a PO Box) Ryan, his family, and his team all make this shop what it is today. If you have a need for any of the products or services they offer, there's no one I would recommend doing business with more than Ryan and his team!

These guys are top notch! Had a defective vane position solenoid in my new 64mm turbo, not there fault was on Garret. However I sent the turbo back they repaired same day and next day aired it back to me. Less then a few days turn-around. Would highly recommend Ryan’s Diesel Service. Turbo sounds awesome as well!!
