Waited 30 minutes in line with only one car in the port. After that I told them I would have to leave because I had to be somewhere and wasn’t expecting this wait, no hard feeling just need to leave. The worker proceeded to say “it’s a Sunday my guy what do you expect” first of all it’s Wednesday and I expect to be spoke to with respect.

I would say this is the most professional and helpful place for oil change . Open on Saturday and Sunday .

I went to the Baraboo location for a routine oil change, having always had positive experiences at the Take 5 in Reedsburg. However, my experience was quite different this time. The service personnel seemed disoriented, and I was surprised to find that I was charged nearly double the usual price for the same service. To make matters worse, the day after the service, my muffler began rattling, and the oil light came on. Upon investigation, it was discovered that the oil filter cap had not been properly screwed on, causing oil to leak out. This negligence not only inconvenienced me but also potentially damaged my vehicle. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this location.

I really hope what happened was a one time occurrence, and not the norm. So disappointed. I came last night well before closing around 6:20 6:30 and the man shut the bay door. I didn't think anything of it. I went into my purse to get my credit card. I saw a man come out of the building, walk about 2/3 of the way to my car and by the time I looked up from my purse he was walking back into the building. I pulled up to the bay. Then a man came out and said "We're closed mam" Kind of rude about it, but whatever. So I called the main number on Google to verify the hours of the business. The same man picked up the phone when I called, and stated he was the manager of this oil change facility. I said "Hello, I am calling to verify the hours for the store, it is closed but Google says it's open until 7:00 p.m." the man rudely said - I quote this- .. "We've had a very busy day, and I've had a very bad day, so we're closing early today ma'am". I wasn't mad or anything, mildly irritated -yes, but not really upset. So ...this morning I woke up got ready, returned to the oil change facility bright-eyed and bushy-tailed. I had no ill feelings, figured, whatever everyone has bad days. I wasn't even upset about last night, just wanted to get my oil changed. So, pulled up to the bay, beeped my horn as you are told to do, and a very overweight, disheveled, red haired man with a beard came out of the door. The man rudely yelled "We are not changing your oil! No! We are not changing your oil!!!" (mmmk 🙄) I really hope that I'm not being discriminated against. I've never ever had bad customer service from this place before this occurrence. I will never return. These people seriously need some kind of customer service support, perhaps an EAP program would be of much assistance.

Went for an oil change on 2/24/24 at about 11 am, great experience. I’m a younger gal so often I’m intimidated going places like this for service because I don’t know much and can get pursued into buying things I do not need. These guys were not like that!! Very knowledgeable and thorough. Explained options very easily so I could understand what I was buying and why. They even showed me how to clear the light on my dash, topped my wiper fluids, and topped off my tires with air! I appreciate their kindness and patience with me and will definitely be going back!

Never go to this oil change, please. Ever stupid tech was still in training? Didn't tighten my oil filter and my oil started spraying out oil from the oil filter almost a month later. When there was a big puddle oil underneath my car. I had to crawl underneath there with no Jack. And tighten it up They're lucky that my engine didn't blow up for low oil.

Don’t go if there’s a line. I tried to go here with 4 people in front of me. After 45 minutes of waiting they hadn’t even completed ONE full oil change so I left. It was apparent that they were dreadfully understaffed (only 2 employees!) and only able to do one car at a time despite having multiple bays. Might as well make an appointment at a dealership and wait several hours there. I won’t be wasting any time trying to go here again. I feel bad for anyone that works here.
