These guys SUCK! all the dork at the computer has been trained to do is upsell you and treat you like you are car stupid!!!!!! The moron showed me my clean air filter, then went into his "trained" speech about what an air filter does - I had to cut him off and say "put it back in", he tried to sell me wipers, the more expensive oil change, and a coolant flush "because it was a little low" I finally had to LOUDLY say "I'm getting the economy oil change!" Had they not have already drained my oil I would have left (I do not tolerate stupidity at all!!) - not to mention these kids all looked they just got off of their "smoke" break (pot heads). I will NEVER go back there, EVER! I'd rather do it myself... - Like I said, I've never felt so belittled ever before, this is definitely NOT a car guy's place to go - you will be treated like you know nothing about vehicles at all, (at least from my Baraboo experience)... I am telling anyone who askes to go ANYWHERE else - I'm 50 years old and I have never been treated like this before... is this our future???!!! where people believe what the pot head kid is telling them!!!!!
