I took my car there for emissions, and the guys were very busy with actual repairs. They were very polite and took care of the line of tests waiting. About two years ago they also completed muffler repair, and it has been perfect since. Highly recommend this shop.

Looking to get an emissions inspection. Took 10 minutes to get someone to notice me in the waiting room only to have them tell me it’s going to be a while, while gesturing to the two individuals in the room. Immediately left the room without a chance for me to ask additional questions. I would provide names but didn’t even meet the person who talked to me. I’m local to muskego and like to support local businesses, safe to say I won’t be supporting this one. I save ☝️ ⭐️ for swift kicks in the nuts.

Negligent, negligent, negligent! Went in to get an estimate on my exhaust. There was a hole in the flex pipe under the front of the car. Was told that is would cost around $1400 dollars to fix because they would have to replace the catalytic converter to do the repair. Plus, they said that the motor mount was loose and that would be another $500 to fix. It took me about 4 weeks to save up the money. When I returned to get the repair done and handed them the estimate, they told me that is was only for part of the repair, the catalyic converter, NOT the flex pipe, which would be another $350. When Iquest ioned why, when I asked for a quote to repair the exhaust, they only quoted for one part (and NOT the part that actually had the hole mind you) they said that they would take care of it and honor their original estimate. However, when I told them I was going to wait on the motor mount repair they said if I didn't repair that also, they wouldn't warranty the exhaust repair. I said fine, $1400 was all I could afford at that time. Within 2 days of picking up the "repaired" vehichle, it was pouring exhaust into the car itself and making almost as much noise as when I brought it in. Took it to another shop and they showed me what had been done. Two gaskets were blown out that they never mentioned to me and instead for replacing them they just used muffler putty to seal them, Where they attached the new pipe to the old they only half soldered it and then shoved putty in the rest, and they never fully bolted and soldered it to the manifold, which left the air intake pulling the exhaust into the car. No to mention, there was ABSOLUTELY NO MOVEMENT IN THE MOTOR MOUNT! I had to spend another $600 dollars to have the other shop take everything apart and put it back together correctly. I highly recommend you find another place to take your vehichle. Not only shoddy work, but very dangerous AND dishonest..

Spent $120 getting a stock muffler welded on my car to replace an aftermarket one that was previously installed. They used an exhaust clamp instead of welding it as they had stated they were going to, and on top of that an hour after picking the car back up the exhaust started to rattle like crazy. Would have gone back and requested a refund but was selling the car that night and didn't have time to go back. If the owner is reading this and is curious I did take video proof of the rattle before selling the car. Overall really disappointed. Poor craftsmanship and prices that are higher than other local shops. $15 environmental fee is tacked on to every service to pay for "disposing of rags" although no rags were used to put on an exhaust clam. I'd look for another shop. I've had good experience at big boyz muffler in Milwaukee but they are a smaller shop and its on an appointment basis as they only have room for 1 to 2 cars in their shop.
