Always prompt, professional, honest and great communicators.
Always kind, quick, and zero judgement. We've been through a ton of not-so-great experiences with repair shops, but none of them in the past 3-ish years have ever been from here. Big recommend.
Great group at REIS, they always do great work and give accurate information. Highly recommended.

I had my car in for servicing, although lengthy, the staff, especially Dwayne was great with maintaining communication and keeping me updated along the way.

My husband and I have been coming here for a while with our car and truck. They are absolutely honest. They tell you what you need and what can wait and what is optional. They don't try to upsell you. They stand behind their service. Super nice people. They even take pictures and videos to show you what is wrong before you agreed to have the work done. Last time I was in there with my car I thought I was going to need a transmission and an engine and they got me out of there with a SENSOR. Plus, they have very speedy service. .

Very friendly staff. They stop making parts for my jeep. But they kept calling dealers, scrap yards, etc. And in a few weeks they found my part.

Dropped off my truck for the 100000 Mile service. Duane and his staff were top notch from start to finish. Performed exactly what I wanted done. The truck has never driven this tight and smooth since I've owned it. AND, Not a single drop of oil or fingerprint on the entire truck. These guys are what top notch workmanship is without a doubt. Thank you for the great service. I will be back.
