Stopped for an emission test. The manager told just a few minutes. 30 minutes later the manager asked me what I needed? Again told an emission test. He told me too busy with other work and he didn’t know when they could get to me.

Called about a muffler installation, they don't install customer parts and said "sorry dude"

My wife and I will solely use Wisconsin Muffler as our go to auto center. Their pricing is way better than competitors, while the quality and service is superior. I like that estimates + insight of the repairs are given up front so you know what to expect as far as pricing and the needed work/timeline. In the past we have had Wisconsin Muffler even use a used (but good) car part that saved us several hundred Dollars. Wisconsin Muffler is very trustworthy.

Arrived at this station during voicemail stated emissions testing day & hours. They refused me the test because of "short staffing." I will not patronize again, inexcusable non-customer service.

I needed my struts replaced on my 2015 Honda Odyssey because I was trying to sell it. I picked up 2 days later and they said the technician noted a broken ABS sensor wire 🤦🏼‍♂️ ( you mean the wire he broke while replacing the struts!?) My dash had 4 different check engine lights on and so many different things no longer worked in the car...it was beyond stressful!! I called back after getting home to inspect the "repairs"... Told them they needed to fix this! I dropped it off a few days later and they did replace the sensor which cleared up all the other codes/errors. They didn't charge anything extra for finally fixing it...I just more upset that the technician doing the work actually tried to hide the fact that he F'ed up! They did right their wrong, but when trying to sell the vehicle within the next few days... It was an extremely stressful situation I shouldn't have had to deal with. Thanks Adam for being an honest guy!

Refused to do emissions due to “not enough time” an hour and a half before close. Very rude and unprofessional
