The professionalism of this Caliber Collision was amazing as was the work done to my car! Their customer care was excellent keeping me informed throughout the process. My car was returned quickly and in absolutely excellent condition! I would absolutely recommend this shop to anyone!

My husband’s truck was brought to this business because this is who our insurance uses. We brought it in Feb 2, 2023 for repair on the driver’s side door for a small dent from a hit and run. Didn’t get it back for 42 days, Yes I said 42 days!!!!!!!!!! It would of been finished 7 days earlier, but they failed to recognize a bar that was bent under the truck from the initial assessment. This was a ridiculous amount of time to keep our truck. I don’t understand how they keep their business going if repairs take this long. I will NEVER use this business again and will be switching insurances (Progressive) if they continue to do business with this company. Extremely disappointed that this took 42 days to complete. How does anyone with a family, 2 full time jobs, kids, etc. survive on 1 car for that long? No rental car offered, nothing. I give you a rating of 1. Recommended by our insurance , made the entire process seem so easy & seamless for us both times Olaf was in for repairs. Sent updates throughout the repair processes which I really appreciated. My daughter loves our van (Olaf) and really missed him, both time he was in did anything they could to make it easier for her too so thankful they did that :)

After a small crash the team got my car fixed under a month parts replaced,painted and assembled. Kept me inform all the times without me having to call them at what stage my car was in the repair process. Very happy with overall work. Thank You Guys.

My insurance recommended Caliber after my car was hit by a deer. I worked with Kyle who was friendly and communicative especially as we faced parts shortages and back orders which delayed completion. He got me back on the road as quickly as possible. Overall, would recommend their services and though I hope to not need them again, I would trust them with any repairs.

Not only was the work done on the car well done, the front desk staff were proactive and effective with their communication. I received daily quick emails regarding updates. And, most importantly, the staff were honest. I had misplaced a credit card that I keep for emergencies. I never really use it and I didn't realized that it had fallen off my wallet. When I received the car, the credit was in the cup holder. I was, of course, shocked that I hadn't even noticed that I had lost it! AND I was deeply impressed with the cleaning staff's honesty. A business that is effective, professional, good at what they do AND honest, that is harder to find now days. Hopefully, I won't need to take my care into Caliber Collison ever again, but if I do get into an accident, this will be the body shop I use!

Excellent service. Customer service kept me informed via text throughout entire process. Finished early. Took the extra step to have area detailed. Car in rear looks brand new. It's not fun having to have your car repaired but they made the process as painless as possible.

Incredible shop. They did a great job fixing my vehicle from an insurance claim. They seamlessly connected me to a rental car company and they coordinated most all efforts to make the process extremely easy. They did a great job on repair keeping me up to date every step of the way. When I got my vehicle back it was in great condition looking pretty much brand new.

My experience was fantastic they were able to get my car in for a estimate quickly and the work was done fast to. They also keep me updated on what was going on with my vehicle and when it was done went over all of the work that was done. They reminded me about there lifetime warranty on there working. Everyone was so nice to work with I am glad I took my car to them. I will recommend them to my friends and family if they need work.

The good, the bad, and the beautiful.... they are a very friendly, polite and accommodating shop. Kept me informed on progress throughout the process. However, it took a week to get started on my car after dropping it off with an appointment that was booked a month in advance after not scheduling my car when it was initially supposed to go in which was two months after the initial consultation. Despite taking excessively longer than it should have to get my car in and started on the repairs that were done make the car look as though nothing ever happened and the paint matches perfectly as well. Very pleased with the results.
