Jo Ann took the time to help install the headlights on my car that were not easy to replace. Amazing service, above and beyond.

Stopped in because something was telling me to get my battery checked and sure enough my battery was bad. Joann was here to help me. Good customer service I recommend this store.

I needed a battery for my car. I called to ask if they would install it. They asked what kind of car I had and what year. "Of course we will install it for you no problem". So went up there bought the battery and they WOULD NOT install it they said it was a liability issue. I ended up paying somebody to install the battery and had to go get the correct socket because I did not have it. Not at all happy with autozone at all. I would have bought it someplace else that DID install batteries if I would have known they were lying to me.
