They kept me informed of timelines, repairs being performed and any updates as they came up. My vehicle looks AMAZING, I was worried it would be totalled from the extent of the accident but everyone behind the scenes that I didn't get to meet did an absolute amazing job. They made working with my insurance an easy and seamless process. I was able to pick up and drop off my rental right there so I didn't have to schlep around in rideshares or bum rides. They also kept me well informed of my vehicles progress. I got my SUV back as good as new and super clean to boot!

In addition they effectively did a mini-detail on the interior! That was a surprise. MAYBE I could see a shop do this for a BIG $$ job?? Oh, surper reasonable bill, and I was kept informed.

Great service and super friendly. Kyle was very professional and very communicative on the progress for the car being fixed. When things got tricky, Kyle made it happen and worked hard to get my car fixed.

My vehicle was struck by a flying object on the highway and had extensive damage. Caliber Collision handled the repairs and they did an excellent job! Erik was especially awesome. He assessed the damage and reassured me that it could be fixed. Never once did i have to call them to ask about the progress of my vehicle as they sent me regular text messages every step of the way. After my vehicle was repaired, Erik then showed me exactly what was fixed. And as an added bonus, they cleaned the interior of my car which was a really nice surprise. Super friendly, super efficient and my car looks brand new.
