This is the second time I've used Tess Corners Automotive to repair my 2014 Chevy Equinox. Each time they were very upfront and gave me a solid quote of the needed repairs. And they completed the work on time. Mike, (the owner) is very nice to deal with. They have saved me a lot of money versus going to a dealer. Plus, I like the fact that it's a very nice looking and clean auto shop too! I definitely recommend them for any auto repairs.

I called on 4/2/24 to reschedule an appt from 4/3 to 4/17/24 to have new tires mounted on my car. I loaded up the tires and drove on 4/17, the owner looked at his note pad and said I didn’t have an appt. I showed him the call log in my phone documenting my call. He said leave it here and I’ll try to squeeze it in. 6 hours later my car was never touched. He kept telling me that I must have talked to one of the employees because he never screws up. I hate to tell you that as the owner you are responsible for actions and lack of actions of your employees. He never offered an apology. It’s time to get into the 21st century and replace your notepad with a computer and better trained employees. Very, very poor customer service.

Apr 24, 2024I apologize that your experience with us was unsatisfactory! We saw your appointment listed on 4/3/2024 but it was listed as canceled. We looked through every other day up to today and no appointment was remade. If it was a clerical error on our end, I apologize! When you dropped your car off at 11, there were no parking spots in the parking lot so you had to park in the isle. We were extremely busy today as you saw, Jim (the owner) did tell you we would do everything we could to get your tires installed but we had to get the current appointments done first. When you came to pick up your vehicle unfinished, he did inform you that we could get it done tomorrow in which you refused. I understand your frustration and I sincerely apologize and wish we could make it up to you. Apologies, Mike
Couldn’t be happier to do business with Tess corners. Very courteous. Friendly. Extremely professional. Explains everything in detail and easy to understand. Highly recommended!!!

Took our car here after an estimate from another shop. They took a copy of our estimate, ( which was quite extensive), and sent us a detailed estimate via email. They were able to save us about $800. They have wonderful customer service, are honest, and do great work. Our car runs great!! Mike, you are the best!! Customers for life!! Thank you so much!!

We’ve been so impressed by TCA. Their prices are fair, they’re understanding when you opt to skip things they recommend (without guilting you into it or making you feel like your car will explode without getting wiper fluid). Car repairs are never cheap, but TCA has fair prices, great service, and knows when to recommend another shop. We’re returning customers and will keep coming back when needed.
