I recently took my vehicle here to get the back bumper replaced after I was rear-ended. The staff were friendly, communicated well, and provided me with updates throughout the entire repair process. They even finished the repair much quicker than the timeframe they originally quoted me! Would definitely recommend Gerber for any repair!

Very helpful in telling me what is wrong with the car and how much it will cost to fix. They even walked with me to the car and pointed out the work that will be done. Very friendly and respectful.

I had body work done by Gerber May 2022 after a drunk driver hit my parked car. That work was flawless and their customer service was top notch, but my review is for service I had done today (November 2022) A few weeks ago, I noticed that there was water in my drivers side tail light, which was the side that got hit. I finally got around to contacting Gerber about it— sent them an email over the weekend. Monday morning, they called and left a voicemail— “Hi, we got your email, and we’ve already ordered the replacement part. Give us a call to set up an appointment!” My appointment time was 11:00 am this morning, but I got there 15 minutes early because that’s just me. They were done with my car by 11. No charge because it’s related to the work they did in May. If I ever need body work again, I’m sticking with Gerber.
