I chose Caliber Collision FDLfor my 2022 Silverado because they throughly explained everything when I received my estimate and the lifetime warranty.I told them I'm very picky and if they couldn't make it perfect I woukd take it somewhere else. They ensured me it would be a factory quality repair just like new. When I dropped it off I stated again how picky I am. When filling out the intake paperwork it stated I wanted ALL OLD PARTS BACK. which is a question they ask all their customers. 5 days later I'm told it will be done that afternoon. PERFECT I thought. Then I receive a call from Tina, the shop manager, saying "there is an anomaly in the paint and I would not be happy with it". After looking at what Tina called an anomaly that actually looked like a 1/4" paint chip that was painted over on a fender that was not damaged when I dropped my truck off, and seeing the door wasn't aligned, I didn't except it. After another week dealing with Tina and 2 more times of me looking at the quality of their repair I have my truck back. However, I did not receive my old parts. They "SAID" they were thrown out. They also charged my insurance company for the fender repair and parts damaged at their shop, and parts that were NOT replaced. Over $500 extra cost. This shop has a huge lack of internal communication, team accountability for quality, and integrity.

Apr 24, 2024Thank you for letting us know. We strive to make the repair process as easy to navigate as possible. It sounds like we missed the mark here and ask that you contact us at communitymanager@calibercollision.com to help make it right.
My vehicle had extensive damage and needed two new doors. Caliber was still able to complete the entire job in less than two weeks. When I picked it up, I found that the entire vehicle had been detailed. My wife said the car looked better than it did in the showroom when we purchased it.
