If I could give this place less than one star, I would. My Caliber sent my vehicle to FDL because they could get it done quicker. While I was kept informed along the way, the information I was given from Nate were all lies. I was originally told my vehicle would take 5-6 weeks to repair my hail damage. I finally got my vehicle back after 11 weeks however it was so poorly done, it had to go back. Dents missed, almost all rubber seals over sprayed with paint, filthy dirty (after being told it was going to be detailed in and out), marks all over the vehicle, uneven paint, paint on the bumper, and more! It was again returned to me at the 15 week mark and again was unacceptable. My local Caliber is still fixing all of their mistakes. Wrong window installed, broken trim pieces, paint imperfections, and more. While they tried to make things “right” by offering to pay for my rental, it doesn’t change the fact that my vehicle will never be the same. The hours I’ve spent on the phone can’t be recouped. Additionally, I’ve made 4 car payments unable to actually drive my vehicle. This has been a legit nightmare. I got the manager Darwin involved and he has been pretty useless with never getting back to me. This particular Caliber location needs work. I wouldn’t take a rust bucket to them for repairs. Cut your losses and stay away!
