Great service and friendly staff

Very efficient, thought it was just a water pump. Ended up being a little more. I expected that with an older vehicle. Running well. Plus has a 24,000 mile, or 2 year warranty on parts and labor. Most garages don't give you that guarantee. I would definitely recommend them.

Everyone was very friendly. They took the time to check out other things that I didn't even mention when I made the appointment.

We love Rich's. The staff are so nice. I never get the feeling that they are looking down on me because I am a woman. They have been very patient in explaining what's going on. They were the only shop willing to work on my van over 4th of July Week when my brakes went out. They are fantastic.

Staff are very nice and my repair was done in a timely manner. However, my tensioner belt was placed backward ultimately causing another hefty repair and damage to a spring. You had one job.

It was so easy to get my car evaluated in a timely manner. I love how they communicate via text, and then they include all of that communication in your final paperwork. Pricing is completely fair. Their attention to detail and to the customer is why I will keep coming back!

Within 48 hours they put together multiple quotes/repair options, which helped us significantly in our decision making process. Couldn't tell yah if they are good or not cause they apparently can't give an accurate bid. They gave us a $1500 quote. We scheduled it in, got the $ together took the truck in and they upped the price to over $3000 because they forgot to add some of the labor cost. They more than doubled the price right next to Christmas. Thanks for nothing. We will find somewhere that can give facts upfront instead of hiding things.

These guys are awesome, best experience in Fond du Lac, at any repair shop! I've been here for everything from headwork to oil changes. Update on return visit for oil change and tire rotation; Service and appointment setup was top notch, and they also noticed that my 3rd brake light was burnt out and let me know. The attention to detail was great!
