I've trusted them for car service for many years, and continue to be pleased with their thoroughness and trustworthiness. I appreciate that they readily admit there are some things they don't do, and have been helpful with referrals.

Went here because my car broke down at an intersection with what I assumed to be a fuel pump. I was sick of working on my own car, so I just had it towed here for the work to be done. The fuel gauge + pump were not working whatsoever, and I communicated that. After a day or two, I get a call saying the quote was $1100 to drop the tank and replace the fuel pump. The car is not worth it, so I had them tow it back. I decided to try and fix it myself, so I first cut a hole in the floor of the vehicle to easier access to fuel pump and found no power going to the pump. After about 20 minutes of checking things, I found a blown fuse, replaced it, and boom, the fuel pump worked again. I spent about $285 here for 2 tows and "diagnostic" when the real issue with it was a couple of very visibly freyed wires underneath and a blown fuse. Edit: I wouldn't have put this rating under sticklers if it was work done by a different shop.

Very honest place to take your car for service.
I had a wonderful experience at Sticklers Auto! Mike was wonderful and able to repair my car a few days sooner than scheduled. Mike and his team are very nice, quality of work was great, and the price to repair my car was reasonable as well. I will be coming back there for all my car repairs in the future. Thank you!
