The car needed to be brought back several times. What started as an oil change (at Tires Plus) ended with nearly $4000 worth of work to the car—though nothing was wrong with the car when I took it in to have the oil changed. Kevin (the service manager) was very diligent in getting the car fixed and seeing to it that I was informed of the issues. Though the car now has a thumping sound coming from underneath, Kevin assured me the car’s mechanical components meet specifications.

I got a same day appointment Unfortunately a fairly expensive problem turned up in the inspection but I was able to have it taken care of without having to come back. Added a couple of hours to my wait time but that was tolerable

Had an OEM factory trailer hitch put on my newly purchased cx5. Service did a great job, looks great and the price was even a little lower than originally quoted
