The problems occurred on the day I picked it up. Had an appt for 10am Bill C no where to be found. After 10 mins I was told he was on a test drive. After he returned I was asked to wait in the lounge for another 10 min. On the day I purchased car he told me .he'd go over everything with me (pair my phone) and that did not happen. I felt I was being pushed out the door. License plates put on wrong- which I had to redo. The other issue was cashier was rude to customers and staff. Slamming cabinets. No customer service. Jay the manager was great to work with.
