Had the nicest gentleman tow my car to my home this morning. I didn’t get his name he had possibly long dreadlocks with a cap on. Great service would 100% use them again!!

I had a bad experience with RK Motors on Wednesday the 26th of this month. And I noticed that my car was ram shack and I see that they are not to be trusted by all means.

RK Motors has taken care of our cars for years and we've never had to return a care after repair. Most recently, RK replaced the brake fluid, engine coolant and the inverter coolant in our 2015 Prius. RK always seems really busy when I come in for service. Unless they need to order something they don't have for the repair I never get turned away. We will continue to use RK to care for our aging vehicles.

Needed to get an emissions test done and was able to get in and out with no waiting. Even that much more helpful since I was on a very tight schedule and I didn't have to schedule an appointment.

Towing Service for State Farm Claims - my auto was supposed to be dropped off on Thursday at the repair facility by RK Motors Tow Truck, I called repair facility on Monday to find out how long would it take for the estimate so I can time my rental (limited amount before I have to pay 100%) or resign myself to purchasing a new car. Repair facility told me they did not have my vehicle. I found after a few calls that RK Motors never dropped my car off thus delaying my estimate..... no excuses about where because they had the information updated right away on Thursday after the first repair facility had no room, no excuses about payment as they contract with State Farm, no excuses about the repair shop not being open - they were open Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. State Farm claims rep acted dumb with all of the above excuses on behalf of RK Motors instead of just apologizing for the delays, no one could tell me the real reason why - not happy with State Farm or RK Motors...

Just relocated here and needed to replace the out-of-state license plates with WI ones. During my last relocation, the screws of the rear plate got stuck and the local mechanic drilled two new holes to attach it to the car. I don't have any tool to drill holes in the WI plates so I came to R K Motor for help. Garvin attached the plates for me in no time. When I asked how much, he just smiled and said no charge. I couldn't believe it because I was charged for $50 for the same job in my previous state! I then asked if I could do the emission test as well. They did it right away. All in all I was at R K Motor for about 5 minutes. It was one of my best experiences with a car repair shop. Thank you R K Motor!
