RK Motors always does a great job with my car. I am a returning customer and will be back in the future.

Wish I had stopped going sooner. First was they put directional tread tires on backwards when doing a tire rotation. Honest mistake, fine, whatever. I come back and they fix it. Then when I had a tire replaced on a different car, they put that one on backwards too. Another trip in. All of the sudden it's starting to look like a pattern. The last straw was I had them put new tires on a set of rims that I just had refinished. Like, picked them up from the wheel repair shop, immediately dropped them off at RK. And they beat the snot out of them during mounting. Big gouges around lug nut holes. Gouges on the side of the rim facing the tire. And when I called them on it I got offered a tube of touchup paint. "Surely we would've said something if we did it" Yeah? Like when you messed up mounting tires the two times before? Did you say anything then? No, they didn't. I had to catch it myself and come back in both times. Done making multiple trips here for routine work and getting my car damaged with no responsibility taken.

I didn’t know where to go to get my car looked at and fixed because I was scared I was going to get played because I’m a female but this shop is great they found my problem and fixed it. And I heard a lot of great things about them. This is my go to now 😊

Had the worst service with this company they were extremely rude verbally. Also admitted to forgetting my key to my car at the city tow lot. Then told me i have to go get it because they didn’t have time to. When i asked to speak to a manager he yelled at me and hung up on me. Not to mention my vehicle was dropped off at the wrong location. I since have disputed the $225 tow charge with my bank. This company is a real rip off i would never do business with them again
