I had a 2:30 appointment a few days ago I even called was told to come at that time. It was for a simple patching of my tire was rude when I greeted them. Didn’t care to speak to me when I told them the car and what time My appointment was. I sat there for 30/40 minutes and my car hadn’t even been looked at I ask for an update and he said “I don’t know maybe 20 minutes.” I left don’t have someone come at 2:30 to sit there and do nothing especially when they told me to come at that time. Unprofessional, acted like they were too busy to deal with me and I had a small problem. My car was NEVER looked at it was right where I parked it when I got back in it.

No upsell. Brought my Explorer in on the day before Thanksgiving at 315 with a slow leak in my tire. They found a way to get me in and within 40 minutes the tech was holding a bolt that had been stuck in my tire. He plugged it and it has been fine. Have heard dealerships that try to upsell a new tire for this.

All I needed was an emission test and it was a quick in and out. Much faster than two years ago at a different garage.

I rely on RK Motors to keep my good old Subaru Forester in top running shape fit over 15 years. I trust them and never look under the hood. Another visit and now my car is ready for Wisconsin Winter!

I only had the emission test done, but was impressed with how organized and friendly they are. It was easy to park in the special emission test waiting area, I got in quickly and they finished rapidly. I spoke with a couple mechanics who were very friendly. I will consider going here for car repairs in the future.
