I've rarely experienced a repair shop with such comprehensive service and attention to detail. They were thorough and accurate in their diagnostic review of my Audi. They even assisted in arrangement of the recall repairs . I was kept informed throughout the day of the issues and found my car hand washed when I picked it up. Definitely give them the opportunity to care for your car.

My car starter went on my Acura vehicle. Roadside assistance agent confirmed with this shop that it could be towed there and worked on. Arrived with towed vehicle and was turned away and they stated they never received that call and that they service European autos only. As you can see on their awning pic below, that is not true. Also lied about not receiving phone call because they were full. Sent me away and had to pay towing an extra $250. Advised to stay from this company as you can see they don’t really care for the end user. As an aside I’m sure they will make an elaborate rebuttal response to this review, but all true facts above.

I cannot state strongly enough how client-focused, kind and genuine the team here is. The work they do is solid, their approach is respectful and they didn’t make this Jeep-driving girl feel uncomfortable to walk into a service garage… just the opposite in fact. Lifelong client right here.

The guys that work here are so helpful, thoughtful, personable, and knowledgeable. They made the entire process as smooth as possible. The extra attention to customer service was as unmatched as the thoroughness to which they inspected my vehicle for any additional issues that other repair shops missed entirely. I recommend this shop 1000%.

Okay so this place helped me out of a bind. My engine light decided to go on one day. I got it home and didn’t drive it until I got it to a different mechanic who told me my engine is shot. It was going to cost me $10,000 without even really looking at exactly what was going on and wasn’t really in any hurry to fix it either. I am a single car household. Momma didn’t want a car payment either with buying a new car in today’s economy. After having my car sit for a week at the other mechanic, don’t get me started, I had it towed to Oreilly’s. They looked at my car the same day and told me exactly what needed to happen and kept me informed every step of the way. With texting updates, descriptions and photos of my car in process and the parts. They were the most transparent mechanics and service department I have ever experienced. My 2014 VW GTI was small potatoes next to these beautiful Porsche, BMW’s and Jaguars that were in the shop yet they never let me feel that way. They treated me just as well as the extremely more wealthy folks who were stepping in to this establishment. They were super nice. It was cool joint. They gave me a tour and you see the passion they have for cars and the shop is extremely clean. Some of the mechanics apparently race bmw’s and smaller formula one cars. Very interesting to hear about the mechanics and their passions for racing. They were able to get my car back up and running and she is purring like a kitten again. I even had my less than perfect VW washed by hand. The repair was not cheap but it was cheaper than the what the other place quoted with horrible service. The service here was superb and they really seemed to want to help me out of my car bind asap. Thank goodness I don’t have to go buy another car now. Keeping my fingers crossed she runs for another 100,000 miles. Thanks Oreilly!!!!!!!!! Also Mike, the service guy, is the bomb and so are the other guys too!!!!

I love how in addition to performing the prescribed routine maintenance, they give my car a thorough “once over” and recommend current and/or upcoming maintenance. I really feel like I have my own personal mechanic helping me keep my car in good condition. And their communication is really good - text messages, e-mails, and phone calls all keep me informed about my appointment and the progress of the work on my car. I have felt lucky for years now that I found out about O’Reilly’s. Having a mechanic/garage that you trust fully and can always count on is like one of those modern miracles, like the babysitter who is dependable and who your kids love or the boss/manager who “gets” you and makes your job so much more satisfying.

For the moment I called to schedule a time to bring my car in for diagnostics to the day I picked it up, Mike Olson to be at ease immediately and state in contact with me through the entire process. It was a great experience. I wasn't happy with the cost of the repair (maybe I should own a Land Rover) however I will continue to bring my car back for all of my repairs. The guys are INCREDIBLE! Friendly honest and straightforward What more could you ask for 😊

Mike and the team were great to work with. I brought in my daughter's 2005 Subaru for a second opinion on needing to replace the head gaskets. They came back and gave a quote on the work but more than my daughter could afford. The tech actually said if it was his daughter's car he'd just recommend driving it as the oil leak was so minor and not worry about getting it repaired at this time. I definitely appreciated their honesty and will be bringing my car to them without a doubt, and recommend them to anyone for repairs!
