Very nice folks and got me in quickly. Great online portal to get a quote and approve or deny services. Did not have service done. Their quote was roughly $1000 - $1500 more than the dealership (over double the price) for all the same services.

I wish I had taken my Mini here first instead of to my local mechanic. These guys really know their vehicles. They were able to quickly identify various issues which they shared in an understandable way online. The service managers went the extra mile to ensure that things were done right. Their prices appear to be in line with high end service facilities.

We like supporting our local owned business. These machanics are honest and do quality work far less then the BMW dealership. They give you a list of suggested work that needs to be done with the price and you decide what you want done. And you give them enough notice in scheduling, they will give you a loaner.

We have been O'Reilly customers for a year. Their electronic communication system provides timely diagnostics and repair/service recommendations. Service advisors use a seamless process to check in your vehicle, provide all estimates and invoices, and stay in touch with you throughout the process. O'Reilly replaced the brake rotors and pads on our Porsche Cayenne. We had a squeaking problem with the brakes beginning immediately after service. After two months of conversations with advisors and our patience with the possibility of a "break in" period, we were advised to return for Four Wheel Brake Service. This service stopped the squeaking but we questioned the charge for the service given their 2 year/24,000 mile warranty. The problem was resolved to our satisfaction when we had a chance to talk with Dan the Mechanics' manager. He thoroughly explained a service bulletin concerning heavy duty brake caliper corrosion over time, that applies to our Porsche and many similar high-end vehicles. Thanks DAN for your patience and expertise. We are happy with our relationship with O-Reilly.

The best time to deal with O’Reilly is when there is a difference of opinion of the charges. THEY ARE AMAZINGLY REASONABLE!!!

I’ve always received excellent service at O’Reilly Motor Cars. They communicate well and don’t try to upsell more than is required. I very much prefer O’Reilly service for my Audi (past and present) over the local Audi dealership. Better service, better communication and better pricing.

The entire team at O'Reilly is phenomenal. Although my experience with the actual mechanics is minimal, the few I have met definitely embody the culture of this place - friendly, fast, and most importantly CORRECT service. I have owned many euros in the past and this is the only place I trust my car with. Additionally, Nathan & Anthony are amazing at what they do. Quick quotes, walking through the needs of your vehicle, and never "pushy" on a service that isn't due or an absolute necessity. The two of them are at the forefront of what keeps me coming back to O'Reilly time and time again.

I had the most amazing auto repair experience. I was able to schedule an appointment drop my car off the day before my appointment and my car was fixed earlier than expected. I was assisted properly I was not misinformed about any repair. I highly recommend! I will be returning for further repairs.
