The most important thing about the work that Meineke did was that they kept to the estimate quoted. It took longer than expected but that didn't change my cost. I was amazed by this! Bring your vehicle here. They do good work and you will know what it costs you on real time.

Excellent was dealing with Manager Kevin. Very knowledgeable. Came in for a temp gauge replacement and they checked it out and found out it was good. He advised and didn't have that work done. Did replace a fuel filter and that work completed on time and at a reasonable price. Will be going back. Great Customer service. Kudos to the staff.

My car broke down last week.of course my husband was out of town.Had it towed. And it was done in to days manager Halena explained everything to me what I needed. I was alittle nervous and she took good care of me.Thanks to the crew at Meineke 27th.

The mechanic changed my cabin filter and didn’t charge me labor. Plus he showed me how to release my glove compartment to get at the cabin filter. I was extremely pleased. Honda would have charged me about $50 labor. And the price of the filter wasn’t inflated either. I highly recommend Meinekes on 27th and Bolivar.

Decent price, took less than an hour for oil change. I compared prices and this is the most reasonable. I wish the staff was a little more friendly or attentive but it works

Kevin was great. Everything was done the way was supposed to. I got good information on my check engine light bring the car back in next week very sassy.

I don’t know what kind of customer service they provide on a daily basis. My brother dropped off his car to address alignment issues and change the tires for balance. They assured us it would be completed within an hour, but after three hours, they hadn’t even put the tires back on. My brother had to leave his car at the shop and go to work. The next day, they were still working on it, despite having the whole day yesterday. Eventually, Kelvin said the car was ready, but it wouldn’t start with the remote starter (which was working fine before) or even with the key! I have no other word to describe their incompetence and poor technical skills. Despite their charming demeanor at the front desk, their skill set is not worth any penny!

My wife brought our car to get an oil change. After 3 hours of waiting on a call I went up to the store to check. The guy at was about to charge me for an oil change, but asked if I can check my oil first. The dip stick came out black. I told him I'm not going to pay, and he started swearing at me and told me to do my own oil change. I will not be going back there ever again.
