Her warm and welcoming demeanor instantly put me at ease. She patiently answered all my questions, provided insightful advice, and worked with my third party warranty to ensure services were covered. As for the car service itself, Karen deserves a round of applause. She transported me for the day and it was a pleasant experience. Love coming to Russ Darrow, Jon and the team always are friendly and ready to help he explains everything to my understanding. I've been coming to Russ darrow for 4 years now and I couldn't ask for best service.
