My vehicle was towed to Meineke on 27th st overnight. I called Saturday morning and spoke with Kevin. He confirmed they would he able to look at my vehicle. He called back a few hours later to confirm diagnostics, and price. He called back a few hours later to let me know it was ready to pick up. Calm, professional experience. Definitely recommend.

They are really slow service and they just lie. I went in for a emissions test on Monday and they said they never do them On monday but yet On their sign it says mon-fri they do testing. Every time I have brought my car in to test their mechine says it's not ready and they tell me to come back when I drive the amount of miles needed and they will do the test, but now they won't. Also it takes them 45 minuets to do the emesions test when it only takes 5 minuets of the actual testing. I probly will NEVER come back and will NOT recommend it to anyone else. (Change your sign if your not going to do it m-f) To.s auto dow. The street is much better and quicker. They also will explain why and how to get the car to test better.

I had gone to several places for quotes on my exhaust system. This was the very best and they were able to get me in the next day. This is one of the best places for all of my SUVs needs. Thank you Kevin

Helpful and customer service oriented. Kevin and Helen were both super helpful and made experience easy. I had been to other places hadn’t been able to solve issue. They kept me in the loop were transparent and made it easy to understand.

This is the only shop I take my card too every car I have had they have worked on it and they do amazing work in a quick turn around. I always feel safe about the prices they tell me they are very honest people at this shop never over priced or anything. Love them !

I really would like to give this a 0 star rating but that is not an option. I called to ask questions regarding pricing and the customer service agent hung up on me. When I called back another employee answered and said he could not give me pricing information, nor could he locate anyone who could. The workers are unprofessional and inept people who clearly cannot manage answering phones, or basic questions. Personally, I would not trust them with my five dollar can opener let alone my vehicle!! I notice there was once more of these locations and now they have been shut down. HMMM I wonder why!!!!????

Poor customer service! I made an appointment for an emissions test over the phone the day before and I was told to come in at 12 PM. When I got in, I wasn’t greeted and I told him I had an appointment Kevin just looked at me and said we cannot make appointments for emission test and there’s nobody here to do it. I looked at him he looked at me and I said OK I made an appointment over phone why did they let me?… he made me feel like I was dumb and I was supposed to know that I can’t make an appointment. He didn’t give me any further instructions. I had to get it out of him by calling back and asking him more questions and what days I can come in, not friendly at all! I kind of felt like he didn’t like my skin color would never go there again. I went down the street to Tom’s auto and they greeted me with a smile and it was a 180 difference in their customer service will go to Tom’s auto.

I drive out 25 minutes to come here for car maintenance. WORTH IT. It’s always a smooth experience, best price in town, honest hard working employees, fast service. 100% recommend. My family has been coming here for the last 15 years, and we always leave satisfied with their work. Thank you!!

A friend recommended this place to get work done. I dropped off my vehicle after hours and they were prompt in calling the next morning and taking a look at the vehicle. It was done before 12 noon the day after I dropped it off. I believe I was quoted a fair price. I was pleased by the prompt and professional service that when I drove my second vehicle to pick up my first vehicle, I dropped off my second vehicle and asked them to look at it and give me a quote. There were several items that I knew needed repair on my second vehicle. Once Kevin called me back with a quote on the second vehicle, I decided to have them proceed. I was pleased with the service and quick turnaround time that I received for both of my vehicles. Kevin was very helpful.
