The staff is honest, which is the most difficult thing to find in car repair. Also they go above and beyond - very quick turnaround time and were willing to drive me to pick up another vehicle while mine was being serviced.

Kevin is amazing, super kind and professional, doesn’t at all make you feel like he’s trying to upsell or push things you don’t need and all around gives the feeling that he genuinely cares about you as a human. I will forever go to him- regardless of what shop he’s at cause he’s legitimately THAT stellar.

So honest and good to work with. Very straight forward and they know what they are doing. Never an issue with any service I have had here.

Terrible customer service (from the Assistant Manager). My husband tried to go there for an emissions test and this woman claimed they could not do the test without the paper. I have never had to bring the paper for emissions testing because they literally hook your car up to a computer and everything is in the system. When I have brought the paper, no one ever even looks at it. Anyway, I called because we couldn't find the paper and her reasoning was 'sometimes the computer doesn't work and she'd have to do manual entry if it doesn't work.' Sooo...they refuse to even try and turn people away? I have never heard of this or been spoken to so rudely about a 5 minute emissions test. Total waste of time. We went to another place and guess what, they completed it without the paper with no problem. Also, they were super nice about it. We will never go here for anything.

I couldn’t be more pleased with how quickly I was able to make an appointment, the quality of the work completed and the cost of the work. When they called to give me the estimate, the individual on the phone shared an option for completing the work at a lower cost. I would absolutely return.
