I needed to leave for the weekend and was able to drop off my vehicle for all services to be performed. I received notifications about what needed to be fixed. Was able to pick up my vehicle on Sunday night and completed my transaction online. Very happy with the ease of getting my brakes repaired and not having to stop what I needed to get done.
I bought a set of tires for a really good price and I'm very happy with the service. However, what stands out about Ness is how they helped me when I had almost no money and I needed help. They repaired a bad tire and kept me on the road. They even let me borrow a car for the weekend so that I could still get around. As someone who has a lot of medical problems and doesn't feel well most of the time, the care and help was absolutely priceless. I will definitely use this business again and again.

Ness was such a good place to take my car as it was slowly falling apart basically! There was always an appointment and they took the time to explain things to me. Their prices were so reasonable. I liked that it is a family business. Everyone there was wonderful. I moved to Florida and I wish they would move down here with me (and my new car). Thank you, Ness!
