I've used Ness multiple times for three of my vehicles. Every interaction and work completed was outstanding. The staff is always great to work with and informative of the best options to complete the repair without judgement or pressure. They always meet or exceed commitment times, and if it has to adjust, they advise immediately so there are no surprises. That is exceptional in the crazy business climate of today. My recent experience was replacing all the brakes on my GMC Terrain, and it was completed the same day. I got the estimate via a texted link with photos and incredible detail. I was able to approve/disapprove suggested service online. Providing a free loaner car is a great value added bonus. Having a shop that you can trust is important as your vehicle is essentially an investment. Ness is a great partner to have when needed. I offer my highest recommendation, they will take good care of you and your car.

It was a very good experience, dropped my car off and done the next day! I couldn’t pick it up early and they called me after hours so I could pick it up! Very nice, informative and quick.

These guys were great! They gave me an estimate and after I accepted they told me when they could have the work done. When I told them I had a conflict and that I needed the truck earlier than they told me it would be ready, they told me that one way or another they would have it ready for me. They had it ready as promised and they kept me updated on the progress at least once a day. I'll be using this shop in the future.

I hardly trust anyone else to work on my car other than Ness’s. They always do a great job and are very time efficient. My only complaint is that the loner car did not have a clean interior.

Quick appointment obtained and prompt service performed by a friendly staff! They did the free 34 point inspection also and did not find any concerns that needed to be addressed or oversold like other repair shops!

Everyone here is always friendly and professional! Have always done their utmost to fit us in for an appointment that works with our schedule. After our latest oil change were happy to find floor mats vacuumed and the squeaky hinges on the truck tailgate oiled. Definitely recommend!

I was so nervous when I decided to change "my shop" but honestly, I'm so glad I did! We all get comfortable, and most of the time, we end up settling with the first or maybe even the second shop we pick. Thinking that if we go back, they will "know" our vehicle, and they should be able to "help us out a little" since we need to take our vehicle back so soon, right? Then you get the bill and realize that you were dupped once again. STOP and give these guys a shot! They won't disappoint. I have a 2011 gmc yukon denali 6.2L, and trust me when I say I was ready to give up on it. Then I came here, I realized this shop is way more professional and fair in price. They were able to work with my schedule and get my truck back to me fast. Thank you guys so much ❤️

I have been getting my oil changed with Ness Auto the last couple years, I have always had an overall good experience, little hiccups were easily handled professionally, and I will continue to go to them. It's really nice they offer a free rental, I can go drop my car off the night before and grab the rental so I can get to work the next day. This last time they were having short staff issues like everyone else, but I still received good customer service, you guys are doing great! I just hope you get staffed back up, I love the detailing/car wash option, that is currently not being offered with the short staff issue. I also brought in my own cab filter, and changed it for me, greatly appreciated!
