I'm incredibly happy. The repairs my vehicle needed were unique and required discontinued parts. Scott was great! Not only did he do a good job of keeping me updated, but he was also familial and empathetic. My situation was a frustrating one for all involved, and Scott made it all a little less frustrating. Thank you! It's been over a week, and I still smile every time I start up my van.

Ness is an amazing automotive center! When I took my vehicle in for an oil change they do a full inspection and send a thorough report electronically. They are responsive, have impeccable communication, and decent pricing!
New tires ordered and installed in a timely manner and at a fair price. Update, oil change and tire rotation completed and I'm happy with the service.

With an appointment, they did and inspection and estimate while I waited and offered an appointment in a timely manner after the parts would arrive. They kept me informed of the progress and holdups due to need for an additional part. This appointment followed an appointment with a Madison auto shop where I would have had to wait all day to have the auto serviced even though they knew what I had requested to be done and had previously examined the auto and recommended the requested service.
Jason was wonderful to work with in a stressful situation. He was able to navigate the warranty that was needed to ensure I was covered on the repair.
Timely and courteous service at a fair price. The Ness people have helped me out in situations in the past by going above and beyond what I would expect.
Ness always takes great care of me. Price of service is “fair market value with boutique customer service”! They do a great job with all my vehicles, and I can get them in the shop within a reasonable timeframe! I don’t have to wait 2 weeks before they work on it! A+
