Very down to earth friendly and excellent quality service on my vw beetle. Thank you
VL took extra care of my '54 F100 while it was in for a tune-up. They explained Everything in detail. They did a great job.
I am always nervous bringing my car to any auto shop because I never know how my car and I will be treated - VL took all those worries away. Scheduling is easy and same week appointments are always available. Every employee I have worked with is efficient, transparent, and thorough from working on my car to explaining what they did. Pricing is fair and I am willing to pay for quality technicians who I trust with my car. I have had a few occasions where my car would take longer than I expected and was given a ride home by someone in the shop each time, something they didn’t have to do but were willing to do. They also have two shop dogs and they’re the cherry on top. I am highly impressed with the employees and quality of work done at VL Auto and will be sticking with their team.
Nick made time on his schedule for addressing my car issues. He is helping me put my car back into the best shape possible. Nick allows me to make pre-payments on the jobs so I do not have to owe anyone money. Nick has my back. I appreciate that point. Sarah

Everyone is really great there. They got me in fast and found the real problem. The car was done the same day. They dropped us off at home and picked us up when my brakes were taken care of. We will definitely go back to VL!
